The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.

The awards ceremony will once again be an evening, black-tie event and we look forward to seeing all our celebrated finalists and supporters back in a networking environment.

A thought leadership Panel Discussion will form part of this year’s Irish CX Impact Awards, bringing together a diverse group of customer experience leaders and industry experts who will share their insights, experiences, and perspectives on the evolving world of customer experience.

This session will be moderated by Ivan Yates – renowned broadcaster, author, businessman and former politician, and a sought-after MC and keynote speaker.

About Attending the Event

Guests who are attending the event will need to know the following:

Dress code for the awards is Black Tie

Guests who have any special dietary requirements will need to let us know as soon as possible so that we can facilitate their request.
