Fin by Intercom is a customer experience AI agent. So we literally sell customer experience software and AI technology. The folks here tonight are all customer experience people. So obviously this is a perfect target audience for us. There are some absolutely amazing Irish household names here today which I'm obviously hoping to connect with. And genuinely I see how our product and service can help those companies. Being a customer of some of those companies myself. So I'm excited about the conversations I can have tonight.

And that's why it's really important for us to be here, be here with our peers, be here with our customers and also with our future prospects. I think the future is really right for our own CX sector. There's so much positivity in the CX space. There's great developments in the area of AI and how that propels as well as better levels of personalisation and giving customers what's really relevant and valuable today.

This is our first time entering the CX Impact. We really wanted to do the best for the team. But to be honest we were blown away. We didn't expect to win in our first year so we're really really happy. This is something that the whole team deserves. We're really happy to win.

I think it's just recognition to UX in general. UX gets a lot of stick for recognising in the first place and a lot of companies still have to grow their maturity in UX. So I think this brings a lot of recognition to a lot of companies. So this is fantastic.

It's a huge value for us. I sit in the group marketing function and again we have a customer first narrative. So by designing and winning awards that are directly correlating to the customer experience means a huge amount to the bank.

I think it's great to be here, be part of it, have connections and learn from others. Being recognised is definitely a great honour but the connections is the best part.

It just showcases all the hard work that goes into our programme like "Is this a good time?” It gets the whole team involved and it just proves it's customer centric for all our customers.

Well what it really does is showcases how great our customer service is and how many strides we've made in the last four years when we've in-sourced the customer service into our… The value to the sector is it really shows how we've been able to bring in customer automation, how we've been able to bring in AI and how we've been able to still give that human experience to our customers. So it really shows that we're able to do that for the industry.

It means a lot to me and CX is a very prestigious award and I think again it just brings a lot of recognition for the hard work we put in through the year and it's just a great reward to have as we go into the new year.

I suppose that what we're embedding and what we're trying to do is actually worthwhile. It's making an impact with the customers and making an impact with our team.

The CX Awards, well it means we're able to benchmark ourselves against other major competitors. We're a utility company, we're up there against ESB Networks so like really big players in the same industry so really important for the business.
