This award recognises the organisation that has developed and delivered the most impactful and engaging employee programme—one that places people at the centre of the business strategy. The winning entry will demonstrate a clear link between employee engagement and culture with improved customer experience (CX) and performance. Entry is by a 5-page A4 submission. Judges will be looking for clear, well-structured responses backed by evidence, with a focus on the following criteria:

  • Organisation Background: Provide a brief overview of your organisation, including size, sector, and the workforce profile relevant to this initiative.
  • Strategy Overview: Outline the purpose and goals of your employee engagement programme. Explain how it was developed, who was involved, and how it aligns with wider business and CX objectives.
  • Implementation & Communication: Describe how the programme was introduced and rolled out. Include details of internal communications, leadership involvement, and how employees were encouraged to participate and take ownership.
  • Key Challenges: Highlight any challenges faced during the development or rollout of the programme (e.g., hybrid working, employee buy-in, culture change) and how they were overcome.
  • Outcomes & Results: Provide measurable evidence of success, such as improved employee engagement scores, retention, CX feedback, productivity, or morale. Clearly demonstrate how the programme has benefited both your employees and your overall customer experience.
