This award recognises the most effective use of technology by any organisation in Ireland to achieve best in class customer experience. Submissions must be made by the end user, demonstrating how they used the technology over the last year. • Outcome: Please provide positive comments and testimonials emphasising the good impact this has had on your customers. Customer testimonials, case studies, or internet reviews can all be used to demonstrate the technology's efficacy.
