Once you have created your PDF submission and you have all items in the Items Checklist, submit your entry via the Online Entry Form. CLICK HERE.

This award recognises the most effective use of technology by any organisation in Ireland to achieve best in class customer experience. Submissions must be made by the end user, demonstrating how they used the technology over the last year. Entry is by a 5 A4 page PDF submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Innovation: Please outline how the technology used demonstrates an original method of improving customer service. It ought to highlight novel concepts, procedures, or instruments that deliver a distinctive and satisfying client experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Please provide a proven track record of significantly improving customer satisfaction. It should enhance the overall customer experience, address pain points, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Overall Impact: Please demonstrate the significant positive impact on the organisation's overall customer service strategy. Please show enhanced operational efficiency, increase customer loyalty, and driven business growth.
  • Outcome: Please provide positive comments and testimonials emphasising the good impact this has had on your customers. Customer testimonials, case studies, or internet reviews can all be used to demonstrate the technology's efficacy.
  • Other facts & statements: Please add any more details, information, or proof that strengthens the entry, including references whenever feasible.
