This award recognises the organisation that has delivered the most effective, engaging, and user-friendly digital customer experience through its online platform or interface. Whether it’s a website, app, portal, or e-commerce environment, the winning entry will demonstrate excellence in user-centred design, seamless functionality, and measurable customer impact. Judges will be looking for intuitive design, ease of use, responsiveness, and a clear focus on customer needs throughout the digital journey. Entry is by a 5-page A4 submission. Judges will be looking for clear, structured responses supported by evidence and visuals where appropriate, addressing the following criteria:
- Project Overview & Objectives: Describe the purpose of your online platform, app, or interface. What were the customer needs or business challenges it was designed to address?
- Design & User Experience Approach: Explain your UX/UI strategy. How did you ensure the interface is intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly? Include design principles, accessibility, and cross-device functionality.
- Development & Implementation: Outline the process used to develop and launch the experience—tools, timelines, testing, user feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer Impact & Results: Provide measurable outcomes such as increased conversion rates, reduced drop-off, improved satisfaction scores, session duration, or other CX-related KPIs.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Share how the platform continues to evolve based on user behaviour, feedback, or innovation. What future enhancements or UX improvements are planned?
