This award celebrates a powerful, real-world example of how an organisation has delivered exceptional value to a customer—whether through service, technology, collaboration, or innovation. The winning entry will showcase a clear customer success story that demonstrates measurable outcomes, a strong partnership approach, and meaningful impact on the customer’s experience and results. Judges will be looking for compelling storytelling, data-backed results, and evidence of a customer-first mindset in action. Entry is by a 5-page A4 submission. Judges will be looking for clear, well-evidenced responses that address the following criteria:
- Customer Context & Objectives: Provide background on the customer and their original goals or challenges. What were they trying to achieve, solve, or improve?
- Your Approach & Solution: Explain your organisation’s approach to addressing the customer’s needs. What services, tools, strategies, or support were delivered? How was the solution tailored to the customer?
- Collaboration & Engagement: Describe how you partnered with the customer throughout the journey. Include communication methods, feedback loops, or account management practices that helped drive success.
- Customer Outcomes & Results: Share clear, measurable results achieved—such as improved performance, increased satisfaction, ROI, retention, or transformation of the customer experience. Include quotes or testimonials if possible.
- Sustainability & Future Value: Highlight how the partnership continues to add value. What’s next? How will you support the customer’s ongoing success?
