Voxpro’s Dan Kiely joins AI start-up Momntum after €1m raise

Dan Kiely, founder of customer experience giant Voxpro, has joined the board of Irish AI start-up Momentum following its €1 million funding round.

The company is developing a next-gen customer relationship platform driven by Laila—an “emotionally intelligent” AI system capable of handling real-time conversations across voice, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and more. Supporting over 700 languages, Laila is built on Momentum's proprietary Relationship Language Model and aims to redefine how brands engage with customers at scale.

Kiely’s arrival signals a strategic push to commercialise and scale the platform globally as demand for AI-led customer support solutions intensifies.
