Tim Farmer, Founder of iSquared, joins the judging panel for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, bringing more than 30 years of experience across customer experience, analytics, strategy and business transformation to the evaluation of customer experience excellence across Ireland.

Farmer founded iSquared, an Irish consultancy focused on helping organisations turn customer, operational and commercial insight into better decisions and measurable outcomes. His work with organisations in Ireland and internationally has centred on connecting insight with practical business strategy and transformation.

A mathematician and statistician by background, Farmer has held senior leadership and consulting roles across multiple sectors. This combination of analytical expertise and commercial experience provides a perspective on customer experience that considers both the quality of customer interactions and the business outcomes organisations seek to achieve.

His work increasingly focuses on the practical application of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. Farmer's approach places customer needs, business value and human judgement at the centre of decision-making, reflecting the growing importance of using emerging technologies in ways that remain connected to organisational objectives and customer requirements.

This experience will bring an insight-led perspective to the assessment of entries, particularly where organisations demonstrate how customer data, analytics, strategy or technology have been translated into measurable improvements. His background across customer experience and business transformation also provides a broad view of how customer-focused initiatives can contribute to wider organisational performance.

Farmer joins the judging panel for an awards programme spanning 22 categories across Ireland's customer experience sector. Categories cover areas including digital customer experience, customer experience strategy, the best use of AI in CX, customer insights, financial services, retail, healthcare and utilities, alongside people-focused awards such as CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year.

The judging panel is coordinated by Agnieszka Jozwiak of CXPA Ireland and includes senior professionals from academia, customer experience, technology, consulting and business, including Darragh Brien of the National College of Ireland, Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Rachael Corcoran of EPAM Systems, Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute and Brian O'Flynn of Capventis.

The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 gala will take place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.
