Teresa Purtill, Managing Director of CX and Service Excellence at Org Group, has been confirmed as a member of the judging panel for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, bringing three decades of senior leadership in customer care, field operations, and transformation to the evaluation of customer experience excellence across Ireland.
Purtill leads Org Group's CX and service delivery proposition, an organisation-wide remit that places customer experience and service excellence at the centre of how the group serves its clients.
Her earlier career included senior roles as Director of Services and Solutions at Bord Gáis Energy and Global Vice President of Customer Care at Hertz, positions that gave her direct command of customer service operations at scale, across utilities and global travel, and across very different customer expectations and operating environments.
That international, cross-sector grounding gives her a practitioner's understanding of what it takes to deliver customer satisfaction consistently when strategy meets frontline delivery.
Her approach centres on bridging the gap between design and delivery, turning complex customer challenges into value-led partnerships that balance innovation with human-centric connection.
A passion for people, operational excellence, and continuous improvement underpins her work on customer-centric strategy, and equips her to assess entries for whether CX ambition has been translated into measurable outcomes for customers and for the business.
The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 spans 27 categories covering the full breadth of customer experience in Ireland, from CX Champion and digital experience to sector-specific awards in financial services, retail, healthcare, and utilities, alongside people-focused categories including CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year.
Purtill joins a panel coordinated by Agnieszka Jozwiak of CXPA Ireland, alongside Darragh Brien of the National College of Ireland, Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Evin Conway of CSG, Rachael Corcoran of EPAM Systems, Collette Gleeson of Comfort Keepers Ireland, Manisha Varma Kamarushi of Fidelity Investments, Laura O'Toole of Coimisiún na Meán, Manuela Savini of Total Digital, Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute, Ann Marie O'Donnell of Actavo, Eddie Stack of Insight6 Ireland, Dr Fred Creedon of MTU, and Brian O'Flynn of Capventis.
