The launch represents a significant step in the Derry-based company's commitment to expanding technology-led commercial offerings. With almost 40,000 customers across its portfolio, the locally owned company continues investing in innovative technology and customer-focused solutions to strengthen service across residential and commercial markets.
The platform has been designed to provide commercial and energy-generating customers with streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly account management capabilities. Tailored specifically to meet complex business user needs, the platform offers enhanced functionality, greater transparency, and improved account control.
