Indian enterprise software company Ramco Systems has launched Chia, a conversational AI agent platform designed to redefine enterprise customer experience through reliable automation of complex support interactions.
The India-based firm's entry into the agentic AI product segment introduces a platform purpose-built for enterprises to reduce manual effort, response times, and operating costs whilst enabling superior customer experiences at scale. Chia forms part of Ramco's AI-driven task automation suite rTask, delivering enterprise-grade conversational agents that reason, decide, and act, executing end-to-end workflows across enterprise systems.
The platform enables organisations to shift from human-in-the-loop support models to exception-based human involvement, with AI handling heavy lifting through multi-step backend actions to resolve customer requests whilst operating within defined goals, compliance policies, and guardrails.
At Chia's core sits a no-code AI Agent Foundry enabling customer experience teams to design, configure, and deploy AI agents using plain English instructions without waiting for engineering cycles. Natural Language Workflow capabilities allow non-engineering teams to define AI logic in simple English, which the system translates into deterministic, action-taking AI behaviour, preventing hallucinations.
Key features include natural language workflow builder, multi-step workflow orchestration, omnichannel conversational presence, real-time system integrations, enterprise knowledge search, multilingual and multimodal capabilities, human-in-the-loop escalation, and enterprise-grade security and privacy.
Abinav Raja, Managing Director of Ramco Systems, stated Chia addresses rapidly growing global market need for AI systems that are truly agentic, capable of reasoning, acting, and delivering measurable outcomes, marking a significant milestone in Ramco's transformation journey as its first AI-native product.
