Director and Digital Engagement Lead at EPAM Systems Ireland Rachael Corcoran is announced as one the judges for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2025, bringing over 20 years of expertise in digital strategy, customer experience, and business transformation.
With extensive experience spanning fintech start-ups, professional services, IT consulting, and large financial institutions, Rachael has guided organisations in designing customer-centric strategies and keeping pace with rapidly evolving expectations. Her work focuses on digital transformation, simplification, efficiency programs, and fostering innovative cultures that drive meaningful customer outcomes.
In addition to her role at EPAM Systems, Rachael is the Chairperson and Founding Member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) Ireland, a global non-profit advancing excellence in customer experience management.
Since 2015, she has been instrumental in shaping best practices for customer interactions, ensuring organisations deliver consistent, innovative, and value-driven experiences.
The Irish CX Impact Awards 2025 will take place on 4 December at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire, celebrating the individuals and organisations redefining the standard for customer experience across Ireland. Rachael will bring her deep insight and international perspective to the judging panel, helping identify the leaders and teams setting new benchmarks in customer engagement.
The awards will feature key categories including CX Champion 2025, CX Leader 2025, Best Customer Success Story, and Customer Contact Centre of the Year, among others, highlighting the initiatives transforming customer experiences across sectors.
