Rachael Corcoran, Director and Digital Engagement Lead Ireland at EPAM Systems, has been announced as a member of the judging panel for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, bringing deep expertise in customer experience strategy, digital transformation, and innovation consulting to a programme that has benchmarked customer experience excellence in Ireland since 2018.

At EPAM Systems, Corcoran advises leading Irish organisations on digital, customer, communications, and innovation strategies, drawing on a career that spans fintechs, software startups, cutting-edge digital agencies, and large financial services institutions. That breadth of sector exposure has equipped her with a practical understanding of how organisations can leverage new technologies, innovative ways of working, and dynamic innovation ecosystems to improve customer outcomes and drive competitive advantage.

Her specialism in digital customer experience, simplification programmes, and the creation of innovative cultures gives her an evaluator's eye for the difference between customer experience initiatives that genuinely shift outcomes and those that fall short of meaningful impact.

Her contribution to the panel extends beyond her primary role. Since September 2015, Corcoran has served as Chairperson and Founding Member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in Ireland, a chapter of the global non-profit dedicated to advancing customer experience management practices. That leadership role places her at the centre of Ireland's CX professional community, deepening her understanding of the standards, frameworks, and emerging practices that define service excellence across the sector.

The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 spans 27 categories covering the full breadth of customer experience, from CX Champion and digital experience categories to sector-specific awards in financial services, retail, healthcare, and utilities, alongside people-focused awards including CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year.

Corcoran joins a panel that includes Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Evin Conway of CSG, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute, Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Ann Marie O'Donnell of Actavo, and Brian O'Flynn of Capventis.

The awards gala will take place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry. Entries remain open until 24 July 2026.
