US cloud ERP provider Oracle NetSuite has announced series of AI-powered innovations to help organisations in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations increase efficiency and accelerate growth.

The next generation of NetSuite, NetSuite Next, will be available to automate and accelerate business processes, improve visibility and decision-making, and achieve faster outcomes, enhancing customer experience through conversational intelligence and natural language search capabilities by Oracle.

James Chisham, vice president of product management at Oracle NetSuite, stated, "Across Southeast Asia, organizations are navigating how to bring AI into their operations in a way that fits their processes and supports long-term growth. To meet this need, we continue to expand the AI capabilities within NetSuite and will be making NetSuite Next available in the region, so our customers in ASEAN can increase productivity, expand insights, and accelerate growth."

NetSuite Next will help organisations transform finance, operations, and customer engagement by embedding conversational intelligence, agentic workflows, and natural language search throughout NetSuite. With Ask Oracle, a natural language assistant enabling users to search, navigate, analyse, and act across the entire suite, NetSuite Next helps customers turn data into action, automate repetitive and complex tasks, and achieve outcomes faster, more intuitively, and with greater confidence.

NetSuite AI Connector Service enables organisations to select AI models that best fit their business needs, define data models can access, and govern how models interact with NetSuite. Built on open standards including Model Context Protocol, the AI Connector Service provides secure way to connect NetSuite with external AI assistants and agent platforms.

Additional capabilities include NetSuite Exception Management helping organisations more efficiently mitigate risk by automatically detecting and managing exceptions across finance.
