Manisha Varma Kamarushi, Principal UX Designer and Researcher at Fidelity Investments, has been confirmed as a member of the judging panel for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, bringing specialist expertise in accessibility, inclusive design, enterprise UX, and human-centred digital experiences to the evaluation of customer experience excellence across Ireland.

Varma Kamarushi works with Fidelity Investments on complex digital products and accessibility initiatives, applying a research-led approach to the design of enterprise digital experiences that serve diverse users across a demanding financial services environment.

Her academic formation includes a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Rochester Institute of Technology, and her published research in accessible authentication and emerging interaction technologies has earned recognition including a Best Paper Award at MobileHCI 2022, placing her among a select group of researchers whose work is shaping how the industry thinks about inclusive and accessible digital customer experience.

In addition, her contribution to the broader UX and CX community extends beyond her primary role. Varma Kamarushi is active in research review, speaking, mentoring, and professional judging, reflecting a commitment to raising standards across the discipline that goes well beyond individual project delivery.

That combination of applied enterprise UX practice, peer-reviewed research, and community engagement gives her panel contribution a dimension attentive to both the design rigour and the inclusivity considerations that distinguish truly excellent digital experiences from those that serve only a portion of the people who use them.

The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 spans 27 categories covering the full breadth of customer experience in Ireland, from CX Champion and digital experience to sector-specific awards in financial services, retail, healthcare, and utilities, alongside people-focused categories including CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year.
