Finnish facility service provider Luotea has appointed Hanna Inget as Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Management Team member, responsible for growth, commercial operations, and customer experience according to a GlobeNewswire announcement.

Inget assumes her position on 1 March 2026, supporting Luotea's strategy targeting 4–5% annual growth, strengthened customer experience, and development of data-driven, technology-enabled service models. The strategy aims to enhance service quality, sustainability, and efficiency while building industry-leading customer experience.

Luotea operates across Finland and Sweden, generating €346 million (£295 million) revenue in 2024 with approximately 5,000 employees. The company provides comprehensive property lifecycle solutions integrating energy efficiency and data-driven technologies, including property maintenance, technical and consulting services, and cleaning and support services.

CEO Antti Niitynpää described the appointment as strategically significant, noting Inget's results-driven leadership experience in international growth, profitability, and digital transformation alongside strong commercial expertise and customer-centric service development capabilities.

Inget joins Luotea from her role as CEO of 24 Center, where she led international expansion and profitability improvements. She previously spent over ten years at KONE in various positions, including global digital solutions, customer project planning, and maintenance service sales.

Inget stated that Luotea's strategy presents significant opportunity to drive industry development through growth targets, customer experience focus, and data-driven service models, expressing enthusiasm to work with Luotea's team and customers toward strategic goals.
