This year’s Irish CX Impact Awards 2025 will take place on Thursday, 4 December 2025, at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire. 

The black-tie gala will bring together Ireland’s CX leaders, innovators, and changemakers for an evening of recognition and celebration. All attendees are requested to arrive at 18:30 sharp.
