Ireland's customer experience community has until 14 August to submit entries for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, with the deadline now only a day away for organisations seeking national recognition for excellence in customer experience.

Established in 2018, the Irish CX Impact Awards honour organisations and individuals excelling in measuring and managing customer experience, inspiring businesses across Ireland to treat customer-centric strategy as a key driver of success. The programme covers the full breadth of the discipline, from digital customer experience and omnichannel experience to voice of the customer, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

The 2026 programme spans 27 categories, from CX Champion and CX Leader to Best Use of AI in Customer Experience, Digital Impact in CX, and Best Use of Customer Feedback and Insights to Improve CX. Sector-specific categories address customer experience in financial services, retail, utilities, government, transport, logistics and delivery, and pharmacy and healthcare, among others. People-focused awards include CX Manager of the Year, CX Team of the Year, CX Rising Star of the Year and Most Engaging Employee Programme.

Entries are assessed by an independent judging panel of domestic and international customer experience professionals. The 2026 panel includes Agnieszka Jozwiak of CXPA Ireland serving as judging coordinator, alongside Rachael Corcoran of EPAM Systems, Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute, Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Brian O'Flynn of Capventis and Eddie Stack of Insight6 Ireland, among others.

The programme is backed by platinum sponsors Teleperformance and 8x8, gold sponsors NiCE and Fin by Intercom, supporters Amárach Research and CXPA, and communications partner The Irish Times. 

The awards gala takes place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.
