China-based AI-powered customer engagement platform provider Instadesk has partnered with iFLYTEK and Huawei to launch a joint AI Customer Experience Lab in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, targeting telecom and banking customers with localised, multilingual customer experience solutions, according to The Manila Times.
The collaboration leverages Huawei's Ascend cloud computing infrastructure as the high-performance foundation, iFLYTEK's Russian and Uzbek speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities, and Instadesk's application-layer expertise across omnichannel contact centres, intelligent voice interaction and AI-powered agent assistance. Together, the three partners form a complete technology chain spanning infrastructure, AI capability and enterprise application delivery, designed to translate advanced technology into measurable commercial value for Central Asian enterprises.
Instadesk's AI-native customer experience platform, to be deployed in Uzbekistan through the Lab, includes omnichannel contact centre capabilities, intelligent voice and chat bots, AI agent orchestration and real-time service intelligence. The platform is designed to enable enterprises to unify voice, chat and digital channels, deploy AI agents across service operations, automate workflows and upgrade service quality across customer-facing functions.
During the Tashkent launch event, Instadesk Senior Solution Architect Patrick Meng delivered a keynote emphasising that generative AI aims to unify corporate service workflows through integrated AI agents, enterprise processes and omnichannel interactions, rather than replace human agents. He outlined how enterprises can evolve from adopting individual AI capabilities toward building fully operational, AI-driven customer experience platforms.
The Uzbekistan project marks another milestone in Instadesk's global expansion strategy centred on localised AI deployment. The company launched a Malaysia node earlier in 2026 to support Southeast Asian data compliance requirements and continues to build regionally adaptable AI infrastructure across emerging markets through ecosystem partnerships with Huawei and iFLYTEK.
The lab model is structured to deliver out-of-the-box, commercially proven solutions tailored to local regulatory and operational requirements, with the Uzbekistan deployment targeting the specific multilingual demands of Central Asian enterprise customers in the telecom and banking sectors.
