US-based SaaS provider GOCare, which delivers digital customer experience solutions for broadband service providers, has appointed Patrick Kelly as Chief Technology Officer, according to GlobeNewswire, as the company accelerates its mission of helping operators improve subscriber engagement through digital-first service delivery.
Kelly brings more than 25 years of broadband and telecoms technology experience, most recently serving as CIO of Lightcurve, a regional broadband operator. His career includes director and architect roles at Alaska Communications Systems and ATN International, where he led digital customer experience platforms, OSS/BSS integrations, field operations technology and enterprise AI initiatives across multiple subsidiaries on three continents.
In his previous operator role, Kelly led a shift to digital-first customer engagement that produced measurable growth in online sales, digital self-service adoption and on-time payments, while reducing inbound call volume and missed appointments — outcomes that directly mirror GOCare's value proposition for its clients.
As CTO, Kelly will oversee GOCare's platform roadmap, accelerate solution delivery, guide integrations across the broadband technology ecosystem and lead the company's AI strategy.
