UK financial technology firm Fignum has agreed to develop modern motor finance servicing platform for Close Brothers Motor Finance, modernising core systems to support continued growth, particularly in the Irish market, whilst enhancing experience for customers and dealer partners according to Motor Trade News.
The platform, Adapt, will fully integrate with CloseConnect, a Fignum platform already used by Close Brothers. The company stated Adapt will enhance the end-to-end ecosystem for customers and operations, from compliance to customer experience delivery.
The implementation addresses operational requirements for motor finance servicing whilst strengthening digital infrastructure supporting business expansion across Ireland. The platform provides integrated capabilities designed to improve service delivery speed and maintain high customer satisfaction standards across dealer networks and end-user interactions.
