EXL has opened its new international headquarters in Dublin’s Docklands alongside an AI Innovation Lab designed to accelerate industry-specific AI solutions. The lab will employ 60 specialists and build on partnerships with University College Dublin, CeADAR, and Trinity College Dublin, fostering talent and co-creating solutions in sectors from healthcare to retail.

The expansion strengthens Dublin’s position as a global AI hub, combining local academic expertise with EXL’s EXLerate.AI platform to deliver intelligent insights, faster decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
