Irish financial management and ERP software firm Envisage has appointed Steve Boyes as Managing Director for Ireland, covering both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with responsibility for the company's leadership, strategic direction and operational performance across the island, according to CFO Tech.

Boyes joins the senior role having served in several management positions at Envisage since 2019, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. He previously held the roles of Operations Director and Director of Customer Care at the company, giving him a broad foundation across both customer-facing and operational functions before stepping into the top role.

Earlier in his career, Boyes spent more than 20 years at FUEL IT as Director and Head of the Business Software Division. His background in business software spans more than 25 years, and he has received sales and customer service awards from Sage during his career. He holds a degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Envisage is part of the Noledge Group, which also owns OSSM and operates in financial management and ERP software through partnerships including Sage and NetSuite. The appointment comes as Envisage looks to expand its business across Ireland, with Boyes taking on direct responsibility for revenue growth and customer service as the company works to strengthen its position in the Sage software market.
