Upstream Works and Endava (NYSE: DAVA) have announced a strategic partnership to launch the Upstream Works AI Experience Platform, with Endava appointed as exclusive launch partner to implement and deliver the agentic AI solution to enterprise clients; this is a commercial partnership, not an acquisition, and no deal consideration is disclosed.
Upstream Works is a Canadian contact centre software company founded in 1995 and headquartered in Woodbridge, Ontario, with estimated annual revenue of approximately $20 million (€18.3 million) and approximately 90 employees; turnover and EBITDA are not formally disclosed.
Endava is a London-headquartered, NYSE-listed AI-native business transformation group operating across Europe, North America and APAC, reporting FY2025 revenue of £772.3 million (€906 million), up 4.3% year on year, with adjusted diluted EPS of £1.13 and approximately 11,400 employees. Advisors: none mentioned.
The structural driver is the shift from routing-based to reasoning-based contact centre architecture. Endava's FY2025 results confirmed that over half of its workforce now uses AI in active projects; this partnership converts that internal capability into a productised enterprise offering aligned to a specific technology stack.
The platform combines Upstream Works' 30-year contact centre orchestration depth with Endava's Dava.Flow delivery methodology, targeting enterprises that have deployed AI tools but not yet integrated them into core customer-facing operations — the distinction where enterprise CX spend is concentrating.
For Endava, the commercial logic addresses a challenge its FY2025 results exposed directly: the number of clients spending more than £1 million annually fell 4% year on year, indicating that large-ticket transformation programmes are being deferred as clients await clearer AI ROI signals. A pre-packaged CX platform promising faster time-to-value is a structurally different sales motion, capturing mid-market spend without the extended procurement cycles compressing its enterprise pipeline.
For Upstream Works, Endava provides both distribution and credibility: a NYSE-listed partner with enterprise relationships across travel, financial services and retail validates the platform in markets where Upstream Works lacks direct presence.
This partnership is Endava's most concrete answer yet to the revenue stagnation its own results have signalled, and whether it accelerates the recovery depends on how quickly the AI Experience Platform converts pipeline interest into contracted deployments in H1 FY2026.
