Eddie Stack, CX Director at Insight6 Ireland, has been confirmed as a member of the judging panel for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, bringing over four decades of diverse business experience and 25 years of specialist expertise in customer experience to the evaluation of customer experience excellence across Ireland.

Stack has built his career around a single conviction: that exceptional customer service is the foundation on which sustainable business success is built.

At Insight6 Ireland, he works directly with business owners to elevate their customer experience strategies, applying a depth of practical knowledge that spans business training, web development, and frontline CX consultancy.

His nine years as a BNI Executive Director gave him sustained, close-range exposure to the challenges and priorities of businesses that place customer service at the centre of their operations, sharpening an understanding of what drives customer satisfaction and customer loyalty across diverse sectors and business models.

That breadth of experience, accumulated across four decades of working with organisations at every stage of their CX journey, gives Stack an evaluator's perspective grounded in the realities of what customer-centric strategy looks like when it is lived day to day rather than articulated in policy documents.

His focus on empowering businesses and individuals to thrive through outstanding CX aligns directly with the Irish CX Impact Awards' ambition to identify and celebrate the organisations genuinely raising the bar for customer experience in Ireland.

The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 spans 27 categories covering the full breadth of customer experience, from CX Champion and digital experience to sector-specific awards in financial services, retail, healthcare, and utilities, alongside people-focused categories including CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year.

Stack joins a panel that includes Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Evin Conway of CSG, Rachael Corcoran of EPAM Systems, Darragh Brien of the National College of Ireland, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute, Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Ann Marie O'Donnell of Actavo, and Brian O'Flynn of Capventis.

The awards gala will take place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry. Entries remain open until 31 July 2026.
