US-based enterprise technology firm DXC Technology has opened a new 200,000-square-foot Customer Experience Centre in Bengaluru, India, purpose-built to deepen customer engagement, strengthen collaboration and accelerate AI-enabled transformation at enterprise scale, according to PR Newswire.
Located in one of Bengaluru's leading technology corridors, the facility is one of DXC's largest global delivery hubs and expands the company's global network of customer collaboration sites. The centre brings together immersive Customer Experience Zones, Fluid Collaboration Hubs, Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs and Partner Experience Zones, enabling DXC teams, customers and partners to co-create solutions and accelerate AI adoption in a purpose-designed environment.
At the heart of the facility is a flagship AI Hub designed to help customers translate AI concepts into deployable solutions through hands-on development and testing. The site also includes a Cyber Range, Forensics Labs, Security Operations Centre and Network Operations Centre, supporting end-to-end delivery from solution design through real-world deployment and monitoring.
The centre showcases DXC's capabilities across AI, consulting, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity and network transformation, with a specific focus on integrating AI into the core enterprise systems organisations depend on for day-to-day operations.
Ramnath Venkataraman, President of Consulting and Engineering Services at DXC Technology, said: "Our new Customer Experience Center brings together our exceptional engineering talent in a space designed for deeper collaboration with customers and partners, where we can co-create, engineer, and scale AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges."
Venkataraman added: "By working side by side throughout the innovation journey, we're helping customers move faster from ideas to measurable business outcomes."
Rob Le Busque, President of Asia Pacific and Japan at DXC Technology, said: "Our new Customer Experience Center represents a powerhouse for AI innovation, engineering excellence, and customer collaboration."
Le Busque added that by bringing together consulting, engineering and operations expertise in a single environment, DXC is "helping customers accelerate AI adoption and create connected enterprises where people work alongside AI agents to engineer and run the systems of record for our customers."
The opening reinforces DXC's broader strategy of investing in environments that help enterprise customers prioritise high-value AI use cases, rapidly prototype solutions and move from experimentation to scaled deployment across complex technology landscapes.
