UK-based independent payments provider DNA Payments and OnePlusTwo, a provider of point-of-sale, self-service and kitchen display screen technologies, have formed a partnership to expand self-service kiosk and integrated payment solutions across the UK hospitality and retail sectors, according to Business Wire.

The joint offering combines DNA Payments' secure payment processing infrastructure with OnePlusTwo's software technologies, delivering an all-in-one system spanning self-service kiosks, integrated payments, kitchen display screens and eCommerce capabilities.

The partnership targets small and medium-sized enterprises looking to adopt automation technology previously associated with larger high-street chains and fast-food operators. The integrated solution is designed to provide professional-grade self-service capability at a scale accessible to independent and multi-outlet businesses.

In hospitality settings, the kiosk connects directly to a kitchen display system, routing orders placed at the kiosk or through eCommerce channels straight to kitchen operations, reducing errors and accelerating service times.

DNA Payments chief executive Colin Neil said: "Automation and self-service are no longer just for the big names on the high street. Our partnership with OnePlusTwo is about making that technology accessible, secure, and simple to use."

OnePlusTwo's Ahmed Sadeeq said: "By working with DNA Payments, we can now offer a true all-in-one solution. Whether it's a seasonal food truck or busy quick-service restaurant, our new terminals, and DNA's secure payments infrastructure, offer flexibility and reliability that even the biggest fintech companies struggle to match."

The end-to-end integration across POS, self-service, payments, kitchen display and eCommerce gives operators a unified view of their business, freeing staff to focus on customer-facing activity.
