The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 shortlist spans 22 categories covering individual, team, and organisational achievement, including Best Customer Success Story, Customer Contact Centre of the Year, Best Customer-Centric Culture, CX Team of the Year, Best Use of AI in Customer Experience, and Best Use of Customer Feedback and Insights to Improve CX, alongside sector-specific categories across financial services, utilities, retail, public sector, technology, healthcare, and food and drink. The CX Champion and CX Leader recipients will be announced on the night.

The awards gala takes place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, where winners will be recognised before hundreds of senior executives from across Ireland's customer experience community.
