Ugandan outsourcing provider Corpshore Uganda is rapidly expanding as global outsourcing hub, driven by surging demand for artificial intelligence services and customer experience support, according to a report by Outsource Accelerator.

Since its operational launch in second quarter 2025, the company has onboarded international clients and deployed regulated healthcare and AI workflows, marking strong start for the East African hub whilst enhancing customer experience capabilities through scaled operations and technological integration.

The first client go-live happened within weeks of launch, with the hub quickly hitting several key milestones including first international customer experience client go-live, deployment of first regulated healthcare back-office workflow, and launching first AI annotation and model validation program. The company has also implemented dedicated secure network configuration to support expanding operations.

Demand for AI services has outpaced initial projections. Corpshore noted AI operations demand has accelerated faster than initial forecasts, alongside steady quarter-over-quarter growth in production volumes. The hub has broadened its portfolio to include Africa-focused programs, complementing North American workloads.

Staffing has scaled in tandem with demand. From pilot team, Uganda now has structured customer experience and back-office pods, dedicated quality assurance and leadership layers, and AI annotation teams. The 12-month hiring plan includes expansion of AI operations teams, additional regulated workflow pods, and increased capacity for Africa and EMEA-aligned programs.

Corpshore Uganda serves variety of sectors including North American fintech companies, European software-as-a-service platforms, and African service providers. Recent use cases range from AI data validation for global machine learning systems and healthcare documentation support workflows to education credential processing programs and regional customer engagement initiatives.
