US-based cloud communications provider CallTower has announced a strategic investment from Court Square Capital Partners to accelerate innovation in customer experience platforms, according to a company statement. The development matters as enterprises prioritise integrated, scalable CX solutions to support hybrid work and digital engagement.
CallTower delivers managed cloud communications across unified communications, collaboration and contact centre environments, integrating platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, Five9 and Genesys to support enterprise-grade customer experience delivery.
The investment follows earlier backing from BV Investment Partners in 2023, which supported acquisitions and expanded partnerships. CallTower stated that the new capital will be used to extend its product portfolio, enhance proprietary technology and increase global reach across multi-vendor and multi-location deployments.
Bret England, President and Chief Executive Officer of CallTower, said, “This transformative investment signals an exciting new chapter for CallTower and its customers, employees, and technology partners.” He added, “With Court Square’s deep expertise and substantial resources, CallTower is well-positioned to expand its distribution channels, enhance its proprietary technology, and bring modern communications platforms to more enterprise organisations on a global basis.”
Court Square highlighted the shift away from legacy telephony and contact centre systems as a key growth driver, noting CallTower’s ability to deliver consistent customer value in complex enterprise environments.
Christopher Bloise, President and Managing Partner at Court Square Capital Partners, said, “CallTower has set the standard for global cloud-based communications, excelling in complex, multi-vendor, and multi-location environments.”
The transaction underscores increasing enterprise demand for managed CX platforms that unify communications, automation and AI capabilities within a single service model, particularly as distributed workforces reshape customer engagement expectations.
