Belfast-based AI specialist Syndeo has announced a new partnership with Vonage, the US cloud communications provider within the Ericsson group, to deploy AI agents across Vonage's contact centre platform for enterprise customers, according to the Irish News.
Syndeo develops advanced AI systems providing voice and digital engagement solutions for clients in financial services, retail and insurance. Recently ranked among the fastest-growing technology firms on the island of Ireland, the company is currently scaling its team in Belfast and across other European locations.
The partnership integrates Syndeo's AI agents into Vonage's contact centre platform, enabling businesses to automate customer interactions with industry-specific AI while maintaining human oversight for decision-making. The solution is designed to deliver seamless 24/7 customer support while reducing operating costs for enterprise clients.
Syndeo's AI agents are built to understand customer requests and respond naturally, combining conversational capability with sector-specific knowledge to handle the complex, regulated interactions common across financial services and insurance environments.
