Agnieszka Jozwiak, Customer Experience Consulting and Advisory leader and Board member of CXPA Ireland, has been appointed Judging Coordinator for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, bringing over 15 years of experience in experience management, service design, and business operating model transformation to oversee the evaluation of Ireland's benchmark customer experience recognition programme.
Jozwiak has served as Head of Judging for the Irish CX Impact Awards since its inaugural edition in 2018, a tenure that has been instrumental in shaping the programme's evaluation standards and raising the profile of customer experience professionals across Ireland. Her sustained involvement since the awards' founding gives her an unmatched understanding of the programme's evolution, the criteria that distinguish genuinely outstanding CX initiatives, and the expertise required to coordinate a panel capable of assessing entries across 27 categories spanning the full breadth of customer experience practice.
Her professional profile extends well beyond the awards. A specialist in knowledge-centred service design, change management, and cross-functional collaboration, Jozwiak has built a career around improving business operating models and empowering organisations to embed customer-centric strategy at every level. Her active involvement in the global CX community, including her partnership with Allan Lloyds Conferences as a speaker and chairwoman facilitating peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, reflects a commitment to advancing the CX discipline that goes beyond her own organisation. As a Board member of CXPA Ireland, the local chapter of the global non-profit dedicated to advancing customer experience management practices, she occupies a central position in Ireland's professional CX community.
As Judging Coordinator, Jozwiak will oversee an independent panel assessing entries across the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026's 27 categories, from CX Champion and Best Use of AI in Customer Experience to sector-specific and people-focused awards including CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year. The panel includes Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Evin Conway of CSG, Rachael Corcoran of EPAM Systems, Darragh Brien of the National College of Ireland, Eddie Stack of Insight6 Ireland, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute, Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Ann Marie O'Donnell of Actavo, and Brian O'Flynn of Capventis.
The awards gala takes place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.
