3Dental was shortlisted for the Most Engaging Employee Programme award at the Irish CX Impact Awards 2025, entering the final evaluation stage last year for a case built around Ireland's most advanced Dental Nurse CPD Programme, a ground-up reimagining of how the organisation developed, supported, and retained its clinical workforce.
At the heart of 3Dental's entry was a programme that drew a direct line between staff empowerment and customer experience outcomes. Rather than treating employee development as an internal HR function separate from patient-facing performance, the initiative was designed on the premise that investing meaningfully in dental nurses would produce measurable improvements in the quality and consistency of care that patients received at every interaction.
The shortlisting reflected the judging panel's recognition that 3Dental had built a development programme where structured learning, leadership engagement, and cultural investment operated as a coherent and interconnected system rather than a collection of standalone initiatives. The result was a CPD framework capable of driving genuine engagement rather than passive participation.
The recognition reflects the standard the Irish CX Impact Awards apply to employee programme entries, where shortlisted submissions must demonstrate not just programme ambition but a clear and evidenced connection between employee experience and the customer outcomes the organisation delivers within its sector.
As the 2026 cycle nears, Ireland's customer experience community faces a clear challenge: who will bring the same conviction that empowered employees and exceptional customer experience are two sides of the same coin?
